This award again saw a wide range of entries, demonstrating the diversity of the industry, and world best practice operations.

It is important to note that Camerons won the inaugural award in 1990 and again in 2001, 2003, and now in 2009.

Judges comments:

The winner produced a well balanced submission that fully responded to the judging criteria, demonstrating that their initiatives in efficiency and new technologies combined with establishing and developing key strategic alliances has been the major contributor in meeting customer's needs.

This is demonstrated through the integrated use of leading edge transport and materials handling technology, managed with fully integrated systems that interface electronically with their customers.

The Glen Cameron group showed professionalism and impressive performance based on continuing safety improvements, development of personnel with sound employee and subcontractor relations.  They continue to raise the quality levels in all aspects of their operations and are producing increasing business performances through sound customer service and relationships.
