A MAJOR MOVE FOR CAMERON INTERSTATE NSW.

We are proud to inform our Clients and Staff that after 8 years at Smithfield Sydney, our complete operations team has moved to a brand new site at Glendenning.

The company has signed a 10 year Lease on the premises which has been built as an Interstate Freight Terminal to our specifications.

It’s big and it’s exciting for all our Sydney staff as they are now working with modern freight handling facilities that give us room for future growth.

The overall site is a whopping 16730 square metres (M2) sitting along side the new M7 motorway which connects Sydney with both Melbourne and Newcastle.

On the site is the Terminal building of 6296 M2 plus an administration block of 600 M2 which gives us plenty of room to manoeuvre B Doubles and PUD vehicles for loading and unloading.

As Cameron Interstate is a specialist pallet Carrier, our handling facilities need sufficient space to sort and distribute by forklift.

The move to Glendenning from Smithfield happened over the weekend of February 12/13.

For State Manager, Ron Dimon, it is a dream come true as with far more efficient turn around times he can now service his clients with ease.

So now with Sydney up and running, the Cameron network in other states will benefit with an even smoother distribution system.
